"Wow," I sit here and read the about ME's, and the love and passion for horses they share.  This is so special to read these.

I too was once a little girl, that use to sneak out of the house, thru the bedroom window to run down to the neighbor boys house so I could ride his pony.  I got spanked for this more than once, I would forget that the back side of my shorts and legs showed where I had been. The ride was always worth the punishment.

I never owed a horse until I was 32, and at that it was vicariously through the eyes of my daughter.  It made it easy to get her a horse because I had always wanted one myself.  Then, in time, I got my own hours, an Arab/ thoroughbred cross, unbroken, but she taught me so much.  My daughter still has horses today, something we have always shared.  I have had at least one hourse for the last 30 years and feel that horse ownership has helped in keeping me healthy and sound -- not sane, but sound.  I have always found that being out in the barn gives you a sense of peace from this busy world and that ol’ horse understands when you talk to him while your brushing.  They are the most beautiful animals.  I have never seen one that I did not like.

In Robin’s “about me” she mentions “Driver’s”.  Robin, that place you went riding  "Driver's," -- well JB Driver brought me out a load of hay this past weekend, small world.  This networking about the love we have for riding is great.
